Interesting article. Some mistakes here. Why do we need any kind of ABC board - public or private anyway? Can you give me one good reason? Secondly, repealing the fairness doctrine was not supposed to balance the airwaves. It was because it was completely antiquated legislation (not to mention unconstitutional legislation in the first place, but that's for another time.) The airwaves are unbalanced because there isn't a demand for liberal talk radio. I'm not a conservative and I don't listen to Rush or Hannity - but I do call it like I see it. Great blog.
